There are 54 countries in Africa Union out of them there are more than half the countries consume Dogs and Cat Meat part take in animal sacrifice, have zero animal protection and enforcement laws.
Nigeria, Ghana ,Niger, Chad, Sudan , Burkina, Benin , Togo Liberia, Cameroon, Guinea, Benin, Ethiopia, Congo , Uganda, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Lesotho and South Africa
Dogs and cats are often kidnapped from homes, snatched from the streets, or bred in cruel conditions to supply the dog and cat meat trade. Nigeria has become 3rd largest country to consume behind China and Vietnam.
Countless Countries Worldwide are involved in the Dog and Cat Meat Trade and are also heavily involved in the barbaric demonic voodoo animals sacrifices, where they are using various methods of torture such as beating hanging, setting fore to animals whilst they are still alive alive. Mutilation, stabbing tearing animals with their bare hands and eating them while they are still alive.
Coalition for Cruelty Free Africa (CFCFA) strongly condemns the barbaric Dog and Cat Meat Trade and Animal Sacrifices that are taking place everyday in countries such as China, Africa especially in Togo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast , Ghana, Zambia, Tanzania, Congo, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, India, and Southeast Asia.
These acts of horrific cruelty and abuse continue despite increasing global opposition and awareness. Particularly during the summer months, regions such as Evala in Togo, Ogun in Nigeria, witness a tragic surge in the mass slaughter of dogs, cats, and other animals for consumption and and barbaric animal sacrifices with the theft of pets and horrifying methods of torture, including animals being torn apart while still alive.
The World Health Organization warns against the dog and cat meat trade as it poses a serious global public health risks from deadly diseases such as Rabies Cholera and other fatal diseases, yet these warnings continue to be ignored and Animals and People continue to be killed.
Nigeria is the third largest consumer of dog meat globally. Mass slaughter at Ogun, where innocent animals are sacrificed in brutal outdated practices are ongoing despite growing opposition and protests by compassionate Nigerians who are demanding an end to these barbaric practices.
Togo continues to exploit tourists in the guise of Evala where countless animals are slaughtered in the name of so called culture.
The recent adoption of the
"One Health" agreement at the World Health Assembly 78 emphasized the crucial link between human and animal health and the need to stop exploitation of Animals and treat them with compassion.
The Dog and Cat meat trade and animal sacrifices are rife across Africa. At the moment Congo are experiencing the worse case of Ebola that they have ever seen and the world is still recovering from the consequences of the COVID pandemic.
Zoonotic Diseases are the outcomes of way animals and still they are being exploited Globally especially across Africa and Asia its would be a matter of time that another global pandemic will occur.
Stealing and Kidnapping pets some of those that are animals, trafficking them across the country keeping them in horrific conditions , breeding animals and brutally slaughtering them.
Across parts of Africa, animals are are barbarically slaughtered in the name of religion or culture. This is happening in Nigeria, Benin, and Togo, Ghana, and Zulu and Xhosa in South Africa and many tribes and religious groups across .
These outdated and barbaric practices should to illegal, and largely unregulated. CRUELTY IS NOT CULTURE.

Nigeria's Barbaric Dog and Cat meat trade involves terrified dogs that are stolen from surrounding countries such as Niger and transported into Nigeria.
While Nigeria has a growing number of pet owners who have dogs and cats as companions and not for consumption, these owners live in constant fear of having their companion stolen by local dog or cat thieves, knowing their pet would be sold to a dog trader or butcher, for quick cash.

Eating dogs is illegal in Zambia, but trading them is not. The Zambian victim dogs are either homeless street dogs or stolen – many are beloved pets. Once caught, the dogs are crammed into a truck without water, food, or adequate ventilation, in searing African heat, and raced to the border. A few yards inside the Congo they are brutally slaughtered in local markets.
