URGENT Dogs Cats Animals in Danger as BBC Africa Investigation Exposes Expanding Horrific Dog Cat Animal Abuse Networks across Uganda Africa and the World Wide Web 

The Coalition For Cruelty Free Africa (CFCFA) is issuing an urgent call for action for the immediate intervention following a BBC Africa Eye investigation revealing Horrific Animal abuse and fraudulent Donations Scam operations in Uganda Africa with links to the UK 

 

The evidence emerging from this disturbing investigation exposes the Barbaric deliberate torture cruelty, exploitation, and abuse of innocent Dogs Cats Animals for financial SCAMS.

This not only exposes the horrific abuse of Dogs Cats in Africa but the lack of Animal protection, lack of police governmental authorities agencies intervention 

but the apparent moral and legal failure to protect the innocent Dogs Cats Animals from clear violations of Uganda’s own Animal protection and criminal laws.

 

What is equally alarming is the apparent lack of swift and visible action to stop this suffering. CFCFA still awaits swift action

from the authorities to Rescue the remaining  Suffering Dogs Cats currently being imprisoned by the Abusers.

Animals in particular Dogs and Cats continue to endure deliberate mutilation

Torture pain and neglect, by those Animal Abusing Scamming Criminals responsible that are literally operating without consequence so far.  

 

These Scammers and Barbarity needs to be urgently stopped.

  •  We demand that the Authorities and the Government of Uganda

  • Undertake Emergency Rescue and protection of the Dogs Cats Animals that are at risk and in Danger 

  • This investigation has exposed an urgent need for Dog Cat Animal rescue 

  • The authorities in Uganda need to stop tuning a blind eye and Rescue and Secure the safety of Dogs Cats and the other Animals involved with the further action taken for prevention of Animal Abuse.

 CFCFA is calling for the immediate Arrest and Prosecution of all the Animal Abuser Criminals involved and to shutdown all Animal abuse facilities/locations involved

  •  We are calling for an Immediate investigations and inspections of all other suspected Animal Abuse Scam facilities in Uganda and across Africa. 

  • To implement Full enforcement of Animal protection and fraud laws

  • Prosecution of all Animal Abusers and Scammers

  •  We are urging the African Union & International Community to intervene and take decisive action to protect Animals from Abusers Scammers Traffickers especially on the World Wide Web.

  • We urge them to support law enforcement actions to prevent and identify and Stop Animal Abuse operations across the  World Wide Web.

  • Prevention of cross-border digital exploitation of Animal suffering. 

  •  Emergency Animal Protection Response

  • Immediate Deployment of independent veterinary Genuine Animal Rescue teams

  •  Establishment of secure rehabilitation Animal sanctuaries free from Exploitation

  •  Intervention on Social Media Platforms

  • For the Immediate removal of exploitative fundraising accounts.

 

The Government to work with social media platforms to shut down Animal Abuse accounts Scammers / fund raisers.

This widespread barbaric abuse of vulnerable Dogs Cats Animals to Deceive compassionate people around the world in particularly using social media platforms is both abhorrent animal abuse and fraud of public money and trust and makes a mockery of the African Union, global authorities and crime agencies, police and courts and the justice and legal system in Uganda and Africa.

This not only undermines trust, damages legitimate global Animal rescue efforts but allows suffering to continue unchecked.

The exposed findings in this particular investigation highlights that Dogs Cats and other Animals are being systematically abused mutilated tortured exploited

to generate distressing animal suffering Scam content inflicted and created by the abusers to trick and manipulate compassionate donors into making donations worldwide. 

 This is Not an isolated case, there are currently multiple Animal abuse Scam operations/facilities across Uganda Ghana Nigeria Congo Africa, China, SEASIA Asia USA UK Europe committing the same barbarity and Scams whilst Dogs Cats and other Animals are trapped in this horrific cycle of Abuse and in Urgent need of Rescue and Rehabilitation.

 This BBC Africa investigations identified locations where animals are currently being tortured starved abused for donation deception targeting international donors. 

 This is one of many Animal Abuse Scam operations in Uganda with links to other African and global countries including the 

UK and the USA.

 Since this investigation was exposed there has currently been No serious immediate intervention from the authorities in Uganda, Animals continue to suffer waiting to be RESCUED whilst Animal Abusing Scammers continue fraudulent fund raising.

This constitute an apparent breach of serious offences under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (Uganda), which explicitly prohibits:

• Causing unnecessary suffering to animals

• Cruel treatment, neglect, or abuse

• Failure to provide adequate food, water, shelter, and veterinary care

 

In addition, the reported deceptive fundraising practices may engage provisions under Penal Code Act (Uganda), including offences relating to:

• Obtaining money by false pretences

• Intentional deception for financial gain

animal cruelty and criminal fraud under Ugandan law 

 

CFCFA warns that this crisis has a huge global impact on Animals and the public trust and the public Health.There is no room for Animal Cruelty in the 21Century.

It undermines legitimate Global and African Animal protection progress and the genuine Animal protection organisations 

• Damages African especially Uganda’s international reputation

• Erodes trust in global genuine Animal rescue charitable giving

BBC Africa have confirmed this an urgent Animal rescue situation. 

Authorities must:

• Identify all locations involved

• Secure the safety and rehabilitation of the Dogs Cats other Animals 

• Prevent further abuse happening.

CFCFA awaits urgent action from the Ugandan authorities to Rescue these Animals.
